Restorsurance Services is a great reliable company. I was introduced to them back in 2004 when I had to have roofing repairs done to my old house. I have since used Restorsurance several times for repairs and each time has been wonderful. All the agents have made the repair process easy, understandable, and smooth. I appreciate that they take care of everything from start to finish leaving me with little to stress about. Taz was the most recent representative that helped my family and I. Every representative, including Taz, that I have dealt with has been patient and there to answer any and all questions. The young men that did the work was very polite and clean. They picked up after themselves. They were fast. They picked up after themselves. They were on time. Field Representative Robert Collins was extremely polite, very informative. He always checked to make sure I was completely satisfied. He always answered my questions in a timely manner. All in all it was a wonderful experience.
No More Roof Worries!
After a thorough roof inspection, Taz Crumpler at Restorsurance Roofing really went above and beyond to help me obtain my new roof. From filing my insurance claim to helping me work with my not-so-good neighborly insurance company, to selecting a super-sturdy and attractive new roof, Taz was there every step of the way. In fact, while waiting for the final go-ahead from my insurance company, my roof started leaking water into my bedroom during a torrential rainstorm (which happens almost every day during a FL summer). Taz immediately answered my panicked text and came out the next day to tarp my roof and tide me over until my new roof was installed. I've now had my new roof for a couple of weeks and I'm SO happy to have my leaky roof worries behind me! Thank you Restorsurance!

Not only do we love the roof and the way it looks...we are so happy with the customer service. Taz was wonderful. He helped us to understand our situation and the best fit for us. Very helpful and professional
I would like to thank Kyle Eagan of RestorSurance for the excellent customer Service from beginning to the very end of my roofing project. There was no problems with any part of the process, the crew was very professional completing the roof in about three days. The crew put tarps down as well as using magnet rollers to contain the roofing nails preventing them from becoming an issue. Kyle was very prompted and thorough answering any questions or concerns I may have had before, during and after the completion of the roof and ceiling repairs.
